I made my first call to your 1-800 number
I knew very
little about your products and how they may benefit our new
home construction. Steve Laing answered
the phone that day and was very helpful answering some of my initial
questions. Steve asked
me where I was building my new home and soon referred me to a
representative in my area that he
claimed to be the BEST! Well, I went along
with Steve and soon received an e-mail from you.
The e-mail was bursting at the seams with quality
information on
all the products, application guides, pictures
and specifications that Energy Savers of
America had to offer. The following morning before I had a chance
to call you, you had called my home and spoke
with my wife about the information he had e-mailed us. My wife
soon called me at work and told
me what a nice conversation she had with a gentleman named Jim
Daigle (mrfoil) and about
an insulation product for our home. I called you back and
from that conversation on I have been nothing short
of COMPLETELY
SATISFIED
with
you and the
products you represent from Energy Savers of America. I don't think of
you or Energy Savers
of
America as a company just selling a product. I am convinced that
you and Energy Savers
are in the
business of TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Jim, THANK YOU very

provided us in making our dream home more efficient. We received
our order and the package you mailed
today.

wife that over the past year and half we have done business with
many contractors
and vendors. We have had some good experiences, some
bad experiences. We've learned a lot along the way. I
told her out of all the experiences we have had
so far and at the top

good experience list,
was the service
we received from you and your company.
