  Rejection, Vapor / Moisture / Air Infiltration properties of our BTUFOIL insulation products with the
  added thermal properties of our MEGA FILL spray foam products, to provide the MOST COST
  EFFECTIVE and ULTRA HIGH PERFORMANCE wall insulation system for the homeowner.

Here's how it is done !
ROOF / ATTIC METHOD
for Open / Ventilated / Unconditioned Attics
Install our BTUBUSTERS Attic Radiant Barrier installed to the Roof Rafters & Gable End Walls for Warm / Hot Weather Climates, or on top of the Ceiling Joist / Ceiling Insulation & Gable End Walls
     for Cold Weather Climates. This installation can be and is also done by many homeowners who are
     self-contracting their own home, thereby saving additional labor cost.

WALL METHOD # 1
  #1.*Install our BTUFOIL 48" wide product as the exterior house wrap / insulation on the exterior walls
      and then use our MEGA FILL foam product to spray between 1" & 2" in the wall cavity against the
      wall sheathing.

       *This installation method of our BTUFOIL product is generally done by the building / framing
        contractor as part of the "Black-in" process, thereby does not add any additional cost of labor
        to the job. Our BTUFOIL product is used in lieu of the standard "house wrap" product. Our 
        48"BTUFOIL product installed on exterior wall prior to the brick or siding is installed. Our
        BTUFOIL product provides a vapor barrier / moisture barrier and air infiltration barrier in
        addition to a 95% Radiant Heat Barrier. Our BTUFOIL product greatly enhances the R Value
        of the wall insulation. This installation can be also done by the homeowner who is self-contracting 
        their own home.

    #1A. Don't need a vapor barrier, then use our RRR House Wrap (Reflective Ruff Rap) product
           for the exterior wall application in lieu of our BTUFOIL product.

WALL METHOD # 2
   #2.Spray between 1" & 2" of our MEGA FILL foam product in the wall cavity against the wall
        sheathing, and then install either our 16"or 24" wide BTUFOIL tab product in the wall cavity
        leaving a 1" air space between the foam and the BTUFOIL product.
      
   #2A. Application of our MEGA FILL foam product can be done by a professional insulation / spray
           foam contractor, or can be also done by the "Adventurous" homeowner who is self-contracting
           their own home using our MEGA FILL "DSF" product.

     Our 16" or 24" BTUFOIL tab product installed in-between the wall studs / cavity once our
     MEGA FILL foam is sprayed in-between the wall studs and on the wall sheathing. This part of the
     installation can be also done by the homeowner who is self-contracting their own home, saving
     additional labor cost.

Either method provides an extremely cost effective insulation system
 with excellent air infiltration and thermal values for your walls

ADDITIONAL HOMEOWNER BENEFITS
  In addition to providing an extremely cost effective and thermally improved insulation system for your walls, our
  HYBRID INSULATION SYSTEM provides an open space within the studs in the walls, thereby making it much
  easier to go back and run video, audio and electrical lines that may be needed in the future. A task that would be very
  difficult at best, if not next to impossible if the walls were fully filled with foam, fiberglass or cellulose.

Cathedral Ceiling / Vaulted Ceiling / Bonus Room Method
   Option #1 - Install either our 16"or 24" wide BTUFOIL tab product in the ceiling cavity recessed
         1" below the inner rafter face. This installation can be and is also done by many homeowners who
         are self-contracting their own home, thereby saving additional labor cost.

     
      
       Option #2 - Spray between 1" & 2" of our MEGA FILL foam product in the ceiling cavity against
       the roof sheathing, and then install either our 16"or 24" wide BTUFOIL tab product in the ceiling 
       cavity leaving a 1" air space between the foam and the BTUFOIL product. This spray foam part of 
       this application can be also done by the"Adventurous" homeowner who is self-contracting
       their own home using our MEGA FILL "DSF" product, or the homeowner can have a professional 
       insulation / spray foam contractor do the spray foam part and then install the BTUFOIL themselves.

Basements & Crawlspaces
Our BTUFOIL product is also used in our HYBRID INSULATION SYSTEM
in basements and crawlspaces

    
   Either our 16"or 24" wide BTUFOIL tab product used in between the basement ceiling joist or our 48" 
   wide BTUFOIL product may be installed across the basement ceiling joist and across furring strips on
   basement walls.This installation can be and is also done by many homeowners who are self-contracting
   their own home, thereby saving additional labor cost.

Crawlspaces / Underfloor / Basement Ceilings

   These applications above apply with or without radiant heating.

   In extreme cold climates where additional insulation may be needed, our MEGA FILL PRO Spray
   Foam can be applied between the basement ceiling joist, or to the underside of the open crawlspace
   prior to the BTUFOIL being installed.
