BTUFOIL™ Reflective
Insulation ( # 8200 & 2200 series ) is a
layer of
polyethylene bubbles sandwiched between two highly reflective radiant
barriers.
It is ideal for residential and commercial
building applications, including
walls,
roofs
and ceilings, especially Cathedral
Ceiling applications. Adding BTUFOIL™

The most common roll sizes for both residential, post frame and metal buildings is the ( Foil / Single Bubble / Foil ) 48" x 125' / 500 sq. ft. rolls. Larger 6' X 102' ( 612 sq. ft. rolls ) & 6' x 125' ( 750 sq. ft. rolls ) # 2200 Series ( Reflective / Bubble / Reflective ) # 2500 Series METAL BUILDING INSULATION ( White Poly / Bubble / Reflective ) commercial rolls are available for large commercial and metal building projects. Direct job site delivery is available.
The 48" width rolls ( # 8200 & # 2200 series ) are most commonly used on walls ( as shown above center pic ) and roofs in metal buildings ( as shown here ).
The 48" width rolls ( # 8200 & # 2200 series ) are most commonly used on walls , ceilings and metal panel roofs in residential homes.
The 16" and 24" rolls ( # 2200 series ) are also used for in between studs / roof rafters, ceiling joist / floor joist / crawlspaces, and is a " MUST HAVE " for cathedral & vaulted ceilings.
Additionally, our BTUFOIL tm Insulation ( # 2200 & # 8200 series ) is commonly used a HVAC duct wrap / insulation in existing homes & offices. We also offer Commercial HVAC duct wrap / insulation ( # 2290 series & # 2280 series ) for use in Commercial & Industrial buildings where code requires higher R Values.
Our BTUFOIL tm Insulation # 8212 series & 2212 series comes standard with tabs on both edges for overlapping / stapling between ceiling joist, wall studs, floor joist. Our BTUFOIL tm Insulation also serves as a vapor barrier. Our BTUFOIL tm Insulation is CLASS A, CLASS 1 RATED, ASTM E84
